Does Üllo have a warranty?
Üllo warrants that all our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace any product that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following Üllo care instructions. Üllo may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date.
Üllo’s warranty does not cover wine used in conjunction with operation of the product(s).
If you experience any problems with your Üllo products, please contact Üllo Customer Support by clicking here. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product.
