My order has arrived, can I return it for a refund?

Yes, If you purchased an Üllo product directly from and are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. **Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any purchased Sulfite filters.  They are non-returnable and no refunds will be given.**

In order to initiate a return,
  1. Please contact Customer Service to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition and must include all original packaging and accessories.  Üllo is not responsible for return items which become lost in transit.
  3. Once your return is received, we will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Üllo products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products as noted by the RMA. Üllo cannot reimburse for original or return shipping charges.
